Accessing user preferences settings

User Preferences access is required.
User preferences can control the behaviour of the tool and assist you in your filing processes. They are used to speed up the process of filing messages and provide default options each time a message is filed.
This article shows you where you can access these settings.
During installation some preferences may have been pre-set and disabled to ensure that messages are filed in a consistent way that conforms to your office standards.
1. Accessing user preferences
To access user preferences:
- Open Tools.
- Select User Preferences.
- Configure user preferences as needed.
