How to Add More Filters to New Search
Who is this article for?Mail Manager users searching their email messages.
Mail Manager 12.1 or higher must be installed.
Searching allows you to quickly find messages in systems supported by Mail Manager (such as local and network folders, Microsoft SharePoint, etc).
This article outlines how to change the filters available in the New Search.
1. How to Add/Remove Filters
- Launch the New Search.
- Click on the Filter ellipsis button and click Manage Filters.
- Click + button or drag and drop disabled filters to the enabled filters list.
- Click x button or drag and drop an enabled filter to the disabled filters list.
- Use the up or down buttons to order the enabled filters
- Click Apply to save your changes
