Mail Manager fails to update to latest version

This article helps you repair your installation, to ensure the downloaded update can be applied.
1. Issue
Once a day, Mail Manager downloads the latest update, but fails to install and remains on the same version. This is likely because the Mail Manager updater encountered a problem with locating and replacing the existing installation.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, we recommend repairing the existing installation.
To repair it:
- Exit Outlook.
- Access Add or remove programs.
- Highlight Mail Manager in the list of apps.
- Click Modify.
- Choose Repair in the wizard.
Once the process completes, open Outlook. You should now have access to the latest version.
If you can't find Mail Manager in the list of apps:
- Exit Outlook.
- Download the .msi installer.
- Open the file.
- Select Repair when prompted.
- Click OK.
Once the process completes, open Outlook. You should now have access to the latest version.
