Users who can no longer access SharePoint folders in Mail Manager

No elevated permissions are required.

When filing to SharePoint, Mail Manager stores your login details to SharePoint, on rare occasions these details can go stale or expire. This article explains how to reset these.

1. How to reset your Mail Manager to SharePoint login details.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Close down your Outlook.
2. Right click your Windows Start button > select Run
3. In the Run Dialog box type: %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager
4. Click OK
5. Delete the file: mmAuthStore.db
6. Restart Outlook
7. Log in with your correct office 365 details when the log in window pops up.
