| Solution/ workaround | Emails filed to a network location can remain as pending if:
Try one or more of the following workarounds: UNC path Check connection to Arup network Ensure you are connected to the Arup network (or via AnyConnect) and then check the following: Create sub folders If there are a large amount of emails in network folder create sub-folders to divide emails (e.g. into years) and new sub folder to file new emails into. Then create new locations or amend existing locations to point to new sub folders |
