| Solution/ workaround | Recreate the SharePoint access data store as follows: 1. Close Outlook, navigate to %localappdata%\28Hands\Mail Manager\ 2. delete the file named 'mmAuthStore.db' 3. Restart Outlook 4. On startup of Outlook, the SharePoint login should prompt user to login. Following login the new mmAuthStore.db file will be created. |
