This article explains how to fix the Missing Activation error message in your mail manager, usually after switching to a new computer.

1. Issue

When moving your Mail Manager license to a new computer, the license file may detect the change and mistakenly think you're violating the license terms.

Example error message:

Missing Activation. NEO session file not found
SAM: no activation found

2. Resolution

1. Navigate to: %localappdata%\Mail Manager\Program Files\
2. Run KeyManager.exe
3. Select “Deactivate” in the popup, then close it.
4. Close Outlook.
5. Uninstall Mail Manager via Windows add/remove programs.
6. Reinstall Mail Manager using your usual method, preferably your company’s custom installer.

Note: If using an outdated version of Mail Manager, you can access the Key Manger in the Help menu.
