To meet the changing demands of customers as technology has evolved, the Ideagen Mail Manager team have developed alternative solutions and configurations. These are summarised as:

| Ideagen Mail Manager Hybrid Version for New Outlook (Preview) | As an MSI to a Windows PC operating system. Uses the same software as the above. Note that currently this is available for preview testing only. Release expected Autumn 2025 |
| Ideagen Mail Manager Web Add In | As a modern web add-in MS Office application, set up using the custom add-in option in Outlook (Web - PC, Web - Mac, New Outlook). Note that this edition delivers a simpler experience to the user and does not include searching. |
