See the License Activation message below:

2. Solution
Seeing no license details in the Key Manager is normal and shows that Mail Manager is in trial mode, functioning as intended. If it appears ‘blank’ with ‘Unlicensed, expired evaluation, or using NEO protection,’ check ‘About MailManager’ to verify the license status.
Simply activate the License once the trial period ends.
