This article documents known issue with Mail Manager.
1. Category not added when replying with 'And File the Email'
There is a known issue where selecting categories while filing emails with 'And file the email I'm replying to' may not apply the category to the original email.
2. Fully wildcard site on SharePoint auto-discovery issues
We've identified issues with auto-discovery failing on fully wildcarded sites, meaning there's no filter and it attempts to access all sites.
It's unclear what has changed to trigger this. To test if this affects auto-discovery, the site aspect of the discovery rule should typically be just 'Site' or 'Site|[D]'. Running a test with our Support team may yield results, but you might encounter a DocLib error without further details in the logs.
As a workaround, filter the site using a partial match with the [P] tag or a partial address match using the [URL] tag. Our Support team can provide further assistance if you share common elements among the sites that need access.
3. Key manager activation confirmation
The key manager may display "Unlicensed, expired evaluation or using NEO protection." NEO is our new licensing system for most customers. This message can mislead users into thinking they are unlicensed. To verify your license status, use the About Mail Manager option.
