1. License consumption
Request access to the Neo License Management Portal to monitor license usage. Your account manager can assist with this.
2. Filing
Users can report recent filings from the Mail Manager Status icon in Outlook. However, there's no option to report for all users collectively.
3. Indexing
To check indexing progress, use the Mail Manager Status icon in Outlook, navigate to Search > Open Location Status. This feature is primarily for Support, so it contains detailed information. Key aspects to monitor include whether locations are active, indexed, and have scanned items.
The overall indexing percentage will fluctuate as it scans locations and processes new emails. Expect variability, especially on new systems or when prioritising new locations.
Mail Manager does not provide a collective report for all users.
