This article walks you through the process of creating installation logs to help us troubleshoot issues with your installation.

1. Creating logs

To generate an installation log:

1. Download the Mail Manager .msi to a suitable folder,
2. Exit Outlook.
3. Open the folder you downloaded the .msi to.
4. Type in msiexec /i <name_of_msi> /L* logfile.txt.
5. Press Enter.
   
   
   
   
6. Open a ticket with us.
7. Attach logfile.txt to the ticket.
   It's located in the same folder as the .msi file.
8. Add screenshots of any error messages you've encountered.
