1. Unlicensed or expired evaluation
- When there is doubt as to whether the Mail Manager installation is licensed, users should check the Help > About Mail Manager information rather than the key manager to validate the license.
- If the 'About Mail Manager' information shows a valid license with the account id showing there and Mail Manager is functioning normally, users can be be assured that that this is normal and that they are licensed.
