1. Search UI Improvements

1.1 Export to .zip

To export using this feature:

1. Select one or more search results.
2. Click the Ellipses button.
3. Choose Export Results (.zip).

This will create a .zip of the selected messages in .msg or .eml format. This is helpful if you want to share a number of messages from a particular project or relating to an incident.

2. ProjectWise Integration Improvements

2.1 Introducing Auto Discovery

Auto Discovery for ProjectWise eliminates the need for manual addition of locations.

Users can initiate the configuration from User Preferences by inputting the Datasource and Emails folder name to get started.

2.2 Load/Unload Locations within a ProjectWise Collection

Users can load/unload locations from view when Filing and Searching by using the new lightbulb feature in the Locations Manager.

Note The hide/unhide locations lightbulb is only supported for ProjectWise locations.

3. Auto Discovery Performance Checker (Preview)

The Auto Discovery Performance Checker is used to assess the health of Auto Discovery based on what SharePoint locations you have access to.

Users can investigate the delay in Auto Discovery and the slow detection of newly added locations, this tool enables them to observe these occurrences in real-time within their present environment. It also allows for the identification of potential problems in specific configurations.
