Troubleshooting the "Log exceeded XXXX MB. (ODL-MailManager.Filer.Core-CacheFiler.s3db)" error

Sometimes you may come across the following error: "Mail Manager Error. Log exceeded. Please inform support@mailmanager.com". This article explains why the error message occurs and how to fix it.
1. Issue
When interacting with the Filer, the following error message pops up.
This means that the log files for Mail Manager have grown too large. Occasionally, this could indicate a wider issue, but most of the time it occurs because the users been using Mail Manager for a very long time without clearing their Logs folder.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, make sure you clear your logs regularly.
To clear logs:
- Open the Status Dashboard.
- Select Diagnostics.
- Expand the Advanced section.
- Select Purge Logs.
