Export a list of results from the Search

How can I do this?

1. Complete your search by using the various filter options available to narrow down your results to suit your needs
2. If you would like to export the entire list of results
   • Select Download Results
   • This will download a .csv of the results to your local downloads folder
3. If you would like to export just a limited number of results
   • Select the tick box per row that you would like included in the export
   • Then, select Download Results
   • This will download a .csv of the results to your local downloads folder

Note: The results download in batches of 5000 with the results.csv naming convention. If your list of results to export spans over 5000 results, you will need to save each file separately.

Neo License Management Portal

We have made improvements to the licence portal (NEO) for managing your users with access to Mail Manager. This portal provides you access to the individuals using the software, the number of users allocated, and your licence number and password!

Note: This platform supports companies using the per user licensing mechanism. This is supported from v11.3 onwards for per user installations and from v12.1 onwards for per machine installations.
