To ensure mmStartup.exe is able to keep your application up to date, ensure https://content.mailmanager.com/ is not blocked.

If yours users are located in Oceania (regardless of the License ID), ensure https://content-oc.mailmanager.com is not blocked, as this is where data is downloaded from.
