Explore the latest enhancements in our software with a focus on batch filing of your older emails with improvements to an existing tool, and introducing a new tool to migrate .pst files. We have also introduced the ability to move messages filed to ProjectWise. 

1. PST Filer Enhancements

Enhancements for the .PST filer to improve on the overall functionality includes:

General PST Filing

• Resolved out-of-memory crashes caused by duplicate folders.
• Improved logic to remove duplicates before filing begins.
• Clearer error messaging to improve usability
• An option to resume filing to ensure continuity of filling messages.

CSV Handling Enhancements

• Enhanced CSV parser to:
  • Read data character-by-character for better accuracy.
  • Trim leading/trailing whitespaces from all cells.
  • Accept CSVs with at least 3 columns (previously 4).
  • Treat blank “Folder Name” columns as a wildcard (file all folders).

2. Updated authentication call for ViewPoint Integration

This update stemmed from a change in ViewPoint authentication.

The latest update allows users to continue filing and searching ViewPoint locations.
