Moving, removing, and renaming Collections

No special access or permissions are required.
Once you have created a Collection, Mail Manager gives you several options for managing it. This article walks you through the actions you can take on existing Collections.
1. Removing Collections
To delete a Collection:
- Navigate to the Mail Manager ribbon group.
- Click Tools.
- Select Locations.
- Highlight the Collection.
- Open the action menu.
Alternatively, right-click the Collection name in the list. - Choose Remove.
2. Moving Collections
To move a Collection:
- Navigate to the Mail Manager ribbon group.
- Click Tools.
- Select Locations.
- Highlight the Collection.
- Open the action menu.
Alternatively, right-click the Collection name in the list. - Choose Move.
3. Renaming Collections
To rename a Collection:
- Navigate to the Mail Manager ribbon group.
- Click Tools.
- Select Locations.
- Highlight the Collection.
- Open the action menu.
Alternatively, right-click the Collection name in the list. - Choose Rename.
